# Data Processing

Data Lab works with several types of data, such as inference logs (chat completions), uploaded datasets, batch inference outputs, and fine-tuning results. To ensure full transparency, this section explains how your data is processed, your level of control, and where processing takes place.

### **How We Handle Your Data**

For all data you submit or generate through Data Lab, including:

* Inference logs - inputs and outputs (unless you enable Zero Data Retention)
* Uploaded datasets
* Filtered datasets
* Batch inference outputs
* Fine-tuning results

Nebius Token Factory acts as a **Data Processor** under the terms of our [Data Processing Agreement (DPA)](https://docs.tokenfactory.nebius.com/legal/dpa).

### **Processing Location**

All Data Lab processing activities, including handling of logs, datasets, batch outputs, and training data, are performed exclusively in the EU-North1 (Finland) data center.

### **Future Changes**

If hosting locations change, we commit to notifying you in advance so you can review compliance implications and adjust your workflows if needed.
