The Processor may engage certain third-party sub-processors (“Models”) to assist in the provision of the Services. A current list of such Models and a description of their processing activities is published and maintained at https://studio.nebius.com (“Model List”). The Processor will ensure that each Model is contractually bound to comply with data protection obligations at least as protective as those set forth in this DPA. Controller’s Model Selection: The Controller shall have the sole right to select which Model(s) it wishes the Processor to engage for its data processing operations. In the Model List, all available Models are organized into functional categories (for example, ‘Speech to Text’, ‘Text to Image’, etc.). These category headings denote the type of service each Model provides and may be used by the Controller independently when selecting and engaging Models for its data processing needs. By uploading any data into a Model, the Controller hereby acknowledges and accepts that such data will be made available to and processed by the Sub-Processor responsible for that Model. The Controller may review the Model List at any time.
